Returns
Have you bought a part or radio / navigation from Autopar and it has (partially) stopped functioning within the warranty period? Then it is of course possible that you are eligible for exchange or return. Please contact us for this. In the case of new products, the returned product must always be returned undamaged (both product and packaging) in the original packaging. You can return your received product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason in the original packaging and undamaged, you will receive the full purchase amount back. After these 14 days, we take a product back in consultation. After 14 days, a re-stocking fee can be charged for taking back a product.
New products
At Autopar we offer various original VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat accessories and new navigation systems. We supply a standard 2 year (factory) warranty on these systems.
Products used
Always keep in mind that we also offer used products, it is a used product unless otherwise stated, this may mean that the factory warranty has already expired. The reason that Autopar can keep its prices so competitive is because in some cases they are used / refurbished products. This is stated in the general terms and conditions that you agree with when you order a radio / navigation / part from Autopar. You should not order any product / radio / navigation from Autopar if you do not accept the terms and conditions. We give a 6 month warranty on all our used products and on some even a one year warranty. There is always a 2 year (factory) warranty on new products.
Exchange
Have you installed a radio / navigation in your car but would you like a newer or different one in your car? In some cases we trade in, please contact us to discuss this.
