This is due to the fact that the phone is mainly used to take information from us and not to place an order. Of course we like to share our knowledge, but we are not only a source of information. Because we have become more of a forum / source of information, we have no longer made our telephone number available on the website. We would like to focus on our products and the customers who order these products.

Car companies, car dealers, automotive technicians pay attention! Think carefully about your question. If you have a question regarding an order, please read the information on the website. Do you want to know a price? Autopar is available via Whatsapp from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 for everyone. We are always available by e-mail email@example.com and whatsapp. Unfortunately we are not available on Saturday, this has to do with installation on location and the continuing limited weekend occupation. In addition to weekdays, work is only in Zeist on Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00 (only built-in). In Zoetermeer and Eethen we work until 1 pm on Saturday.
It is possible that we are busy supplying a VAG car with our products, so we are not always able to answer the phone immediately. You can try again later or send an e-mail with your question (info [@] autopar.eu). In addition, the response times to an e-mail / whatsapp message are very fast. Also keep in mind that questions about our products are best asked by e-mail. Although we have learned a lot about it over the years, we are not a telephone source of information about the technology behind VAG.
• Payment methods and installation locations
In Leeuwarden, Zeist and Oss there is no possibility to pay with a debit card. These are Autopar mounting and service stations, but you can pay cash here. We always recommend paying in advance via our website with iDeal or prepayment. At our installation location in Eethen and Zoetermeer, a pin machine is available, but here too you can pay cash and we recommend that you pay for your order / installation online.
We list the place names of our installation locations on the website, not addresses. You will receive this from us when you order something via our website. All our assemblies / installations are scheduled by appointment, you can not just drive past one of our installation locations, unless otherwise indicated. Chances are that they are fully scheduled and there is no time to help you in between.
• You have ordered and paid for something via our website and would like to have it built in
This is only possible if you have encountered the option ‘installation in your car’ when ordering the product. With most products (not all!) You can select here Zeist, Leeuwarden, Eethen, Zoetermeer or Tildonk. If this was not possible, chances are that we do not support the installation of the product ourselves. Before ordering a product, you can inquire with us (firstname.lastname@example.org) whether a product can be built in if you have not encountered the option ‘build in your car’.
