SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to have all devices in stock . This means that after payment the delivery time is 2 working days at the latest . Sometimes it happens that a device type is sold out. We will notify you and indicate what the delivery time will be. This always happens in good consultation with the customer.

Nine out of ten devices are shipped in original boxes / packages. These fit perfectly around the device, which minimizes damage during transport. If an appliance cannot be packed in original packaging, we provide custom packaging, which of course is not inferior to the original packaging.

We ship our devices with PostNL, DPD, UPS and Packs . These companies are renowned in the field of parcel post. This guarantees a fast and good delivery. We also provide a track and trace number with every shipment, with which you can track your order in the delivery process.

Not all, but in some cases you can also pick up your shipment if you wish. Please send an email for this via our contact page. A personal appointment can then be made. You can pick up during office hours and, exceptionally, also in the evening or during the weekend.

Besides shipping within the Netherlands, we also ship to other countries. Transport outside the Netherlands is more expensive.
